We have just finished the successful realization of Birell project for our well-known customer Plzenský Prazdroj. To meet the customer's requirements to his full satisfaction was our main target in the project. The crate original design including IML technology supports Birell branding to its better position on the non alcoholic beer market. 

We look forward to the cooperation in new projects.

Audit ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002, and ISO 14001:2004.
In mid-September 2009, our company passed the repeated supervisory ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002, and ISO 14001:2004 audit successfully. The audit was done by SGS Company.

The development of an identifiable transport packing made of plastic was ordered in Alfa Plastik by the PENAM, a.s Company.
The basic thesis of design in connection with the innovative approach of our development team to solution enabled creation of the crate, which displays its uniqueness at first sight. 
The use of rewritable RFID tag with a unique identification number radically changed the usable features of standard crates. Design, appearance, resolution, access to the use and implementation of new technologies in the manufacturing process was awarded with many awards at prestigious competitions at home and abroad as well. The prestigious award at WorldStar of Packing for year 2008 is the last aPENAMward from abroad which Alfa Plastik received in Mexico City in May 2009.

Structural and technical design is protected by industrial law by three utility models and one industrial model in the Czech Republic and abroad as well.

We are helping the joint stock company Breweries Staropramen (a member of the international brewing number one   AB InBev) to changeover to the KOMPAKT crate 20x0, 5 l Staropramen (application of IML technology). Production in Tachov plant ensures supplies of packing for ongoing beer distribution on the Czech market. Thanks to a better location of our Tachov plant, we are able to achieve savings in logistics, where we strengthen bilateral firm cooperation.

PENAM bakery product transport packaging, thanks to its solution involving the application of RFID technology has received the Packaging of the Year Award 2008 and at the same time has advanced to the nomination stage of the World Packaging Organisation Award.

A packaging solution of a beer crate for SAB Miller (brand; Radegast) was awarded the Packaging of the Year Award 2007, previously awarded by the SYBA packing association. 		Packaging 2007
