DATA ACQUISITION

Data acquisition, administration and processing represent the basic premise for regular work business activity and processing.

TRADE ACTIVITIES

Permanent care of existing customers and the development of new partnerships contribute to ensuring the manufacturing program of the Tools Plant. The Sales Department takes care of business activity, marketing, communication with customers, and precise compilation of works orders from customer's technical specification.

PURCHASING ACTIVITIES

The requirement for continuous shortening of delivery terms and lowering of the sales price are achieved thanks to both long-term co-operation with existing suppliers and continuous searching for new supply opportunities.

DESIGN

Experience of our designers and technologists enable

• Design, visualisation and model making with  CATIA V5 and Rhinoceros systems
• CNC programming in systems Work NC, CATIA, and PowerMIL

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Work is performed using modern manufacturing methods, especially 3-axial CNC milling and CNC eroding. A 3-shift operation has been established on the most critical machines. The experience of our tool makers guarantees high quality level of both newly manufactured and serviced moulds.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The Quality Management Department ensures continuous checking of all our processes and in this way we minimise the possibility of defect occurrence. The following processes are controlled:

• Input checking of purchased parts
• Continuous checking of manufactured parts
• Measuring the moulds after tool testing
• Output checking of tools

MOULD TESTING

First testing of moulds, testing following modification and tool optimisation are performed as needs require with machines of 80 - 1500 t clamping force.

TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS

Long-term co-operation with selected public carriers enables us to react flexibly to customer needs. Mould transport, mould transport following testing, transportation of tools following repair and/or service.
