AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

An overwhelming majority of newly manufactured tools is determined for the automotive industry; in 2007 this share represented 80 %.

The subject matter concerns large non-visual parts – light guards, spoilers, door parts, guides and many smaller visual and non-visual parts – instrument panels parts, arm rests and small parts for kinematics control. We have valuable experience within the sphere of dual-component tools (vents for air conditioning systems).

CRATES AND TRANSPORT PACKINGS

Alfa Plastik's tradition in manufacturing crates and transport packaging is completed with the manufacture of injection moulding tools and moulds. Although in a smaller quantity, this manufacturing program is constantly updated and renewed.

Within the sphere of crates the company's products have twice been awarded the Packaging of the Year Award.

In 2007 we made a tool for a bakery product crate that featured a carrier for a radio frequency identification system for the PENAM Company.

Within the sphere of transport packaging the company was awarded the Packaging of the Year Award for 2006 for a medical supplies container produced for Alliance Healthcare Company. 

TECHNICAL MOULDS

In 2007 we were the exclusive supplier of tools necessary for the HON furniture company. The subject matter concerned the HOBIS program – a component part of a writing desk.
